Ordering and interpreting diagnostic investigations such as X-rays, ultrasounds, computed tomography or magnetic resonance scans.
Pediatric common disease diagnosis and managements such as, common upper respiratory tract infections and gastrointestinal ailments.
Completing home appropriate procedures such as skin biopsies, incision & drainages, suturing, and wound management.
Palliative end of life patient and family care excluding MAID.
Medication management
Treatment of common family all age diseases.
Regular medication reviews, prescription renewals, and polypharmacy management.
Prescribe controlled drugs/narcotics through utilizing Alberta TPP prescription pads.
Women and Men health screening
Women age-appropriate health screening including pap smears, breast mammograms and ultrasounds, FIT test and colonoscopy, and STD screening.
Men age-appropriate health screening including PSA screening, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and FIT test and colonoscopy.
Health Counselling
Patient and family health counselling.
Health promotion and disease prevention through annual complete physical assessments and life style modifications.
Collaboration/referral/consultation with your family physician, specialist physicians, allied health, and community agencies.
